Good products, delivery could improve

I purchased an Ultrasonic Dog Bark Deterrent and a Reflective Dog Harness. The deterrent seems to be working moderately well; it reduced my dog's excessive barking during mail delivery. The harness is well-made and fits him comfortably, plus the reflective strips are great for evening walks. I was happy with the product quality for the price I paid. However, shipping took a full week, which felt a bit long compared to some other online stores I use. The tracking updates were also a bit sparse. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, though. Overall, a solid choice for pet supplies, just plan for slightly longer delivery times.

Decent mat, slow shipping

Bought a Cooling Mat for Dogs. It took almost 8 days to get here. Product seems fine. My dog likes it. Website was easy to use. I might order again.

Happy with the new toy

So, I snagged one of those Squeaky Plush Dog Toys for my pug, Bella. It arrived pretty quick, like, maybe 5 days to reach my place in Texas. She just loves it, carries it everywhere. It's held up well so far, which is a plus because she's a chewer. The whole thing was super easy, just clicked a few buttons and boom, new toy at my door. No complaints here, worked out great.

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered the Indestructible Dog Toy Ball and an Orthopedic Pet Mat from Wowpetsmart. The ordering process was pretty straightforward; their website was easy to navigate. I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about 6 days, which was fine, they delivered it to my apartment in Chicago without any issues. The toy ball feels really solid, my German Shepherd hasn't put a dent in it yet, unlike other 'durable' toys I've bought. The mat is also good quality, nice and thick. I had a quick question about tracking, and their customer service chat responded within minutes. Overall, a smooth experience and happy with the purchases.

Consistent quality as usual

This was my third order from Wowpetsmart, and they're still reliable. I got a new set of Grooming Deshedding Tools this time, and they work just as well as the last ones I replaced. My previous orders were for an Automatic Water Fountain and some Durable Chew Toys, which are still going strong. Shipping was about 5 days, similar to my last experience, which is pretty standard for me. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up, and I haven't had any problems with their products or delivery yet. Good quality pet gear.
